LAWN FERTILIZATION       

TURF PEST CONTROL

Monitoring, inspection and application of a broad-spectrum contact kill pesticide and a systemic (taken in by the turf) pesticide will be applied in either a granule and/or liquid form to the entire lawn (front, sides and back). 

 

Pesticide will control a comprehensive range of pests and turf damaging pests including (but not limited to):

• Ants (extreme cases may require specialized treatment at additional cost)

• Fleas (extreme cases may require specialized treatment at additional cost)

• Sod worms and grubs

• Ticks

• Mole crickets

• Spiders

• Chinch bugs

 

FERTILIZER

Monitoring, inspection and application of a granule and/or liquid fertilizer and grass strengthening nutrients will be applied to the entire lawn (front, sides and back) based upon seasonal needs and requirements, as well as the needs of the lawn.

Your customized applications include:

• Nitrogen to feed and promote growth

• Iron to enhance color

• Potassium (potash) to strengthen the turf’s root system

• Other micronutrients for overall turf health

 

WEED CONTROL

Monitoring, inspection and spot treatments will be performed in the front yard, sides and back yard to control seasonal weeds.  Seasonal application of pre-emergent and post-emergent weed control products to control weed population will also be applied.

 

Weeds controlled:

• Broadleaf weeds

• Grassy weeds (excluding Wild Bermuda and Crabgrass)

• Sedges
