INTERIOR

This service consists of application of an odorless, safe, residual pesticide to baseboards in each room.

• We employ Integrated Pest Management (IPM), an industry standard that attempts to mitigate the amount of pest products applied inside your home. 

• Application to all interior spaces including:

• All bedrooms

• All bathrooms

• Garage

• Lanai and/or pool cage

 * Interior treatments are not necessary every visit, especially if you aren’t having any issues. 

  However, we will gladly treat the interior at any interval desired.

 

EXTERIOR

This service consists of application of an odorless, safe, residual pesticide to the exterior of the structure.  The following are also performed on your regularly scheduled service appointment date. 

• Liquid repellant perimeter application around entire exterior of premises

• The product will be applied extending 2-3 feet up the side of the structure and 1-2 feet into the surrounding turf, around all entryways, and all windows.

• Removal of accessible:

  • Wasp nests

  • Dirt Dauber mounds/nests

  • Cobwebs/spider webs around front door, garage door and lights

• Application of insecticide dusts (if needed)

• Sealing of minor exterior breeches and cracks (if needed)
